Meet our team
Teamwork makes the dream work

Chairman/Founder
I am Beti Jackson, married to a U.S. Army veteran Calvin Jackson, Sr., and our union is blessed with five children namely, Analicia, Calvin Jr., Salima, Herman, and Jayden.
I have always had the passion and compassion to help others improve their livelihood. Ever since I was a child, I’ve always dreamt of one day making a positive impact in people’s lives around the world. As an orphan who was adopted from Liberia, I know the significance of not having the privilege to live a fulfilling life when you are lacking. I lost my biological parents during the civil war in Liberia, a brutal 14-year civil war that took many lives. I experience a great deal of hardship trying to survive as an orphan kid in a country without hope for anyone’s survival. I am blessed to be alive to travel to this great nation and be afforded the opportunities I have now.
Looking back at my childhood story and passion for helping people led me to establish Essential Mission Health Services Inc. I have worked in the healthcare field for over ten years in nursing. And have volunteered with various organizations and schools, serving as PTA secretary and master teacher and teaching children biblical lessons. I am currently working and taking care of our nation’s heroes. I obtained my Medical Billing and Coding certificate as a medical coding specialist at Medcerts Institute in 2020. In 2014, I received my nursing certificate as a Certified Nursing Assistant at the Igbans Institute of Vocational training in Queens, NY. I Graduated with an Associate in Business Management with an emphasis in Marketing from Professional Business college in New York, NY, in 2010.
I am currently pursuing a BSc degree as a Registered Nurse. In my free time, I love to do arts and crafts, hair braiding, and gardening.

I’ve always loved Family but never considered a family of my own. Before I met my beautiful and loving wife Lindarose, I always told myself that I would never get married or have children, but here I am. I am a happily married father of 3, my two handsome boys, Akai and Aden, and my beautiful little princess Adele. Since then, I have come to understand the importance of having a family and appreciate the love that we all share. I currently live in San Antonio, Texas, with my family and work as a Bus operator for VIA Metropolitan Transit. I love my job; it provides a lively hood for my family and helps to secure a future for my children.
After High school, I went to Apex Technical school and graduated as an Automotive Technician; I have been in that field for over 22 years and love what I do. In 2010 I worked with the “West African Children Lifeline” and gained extensive experience organizing and editing presentations. And I was also a part of the camera crew And vehicle maintenance.
When Beti Jackson Presented me with the opportunity to be a part of Essential Mission Health Services inc. in March of 2022. I was very grateful and felt I could help make a positive change in the world. I learned a whole new set of skills I never had before from my past experiences, which I believe will now be a great way to utilize them. Essential Mission Health Services is focused on assisting the impoverished and communities by providing medical equipment and healthcare services to improve people’s lives. And I believe as part of the board of directors, I am in the right place.

I am Calvin Wilmot Jackson (a US Army Veteran) Married to beautiful Beti Jomah-Jackson, and our union is blessed with five kids two girls and three boys. I grew up in Grand Bassa County, Liberia, West Africa where I spent most of my childhood years playing with friends and participating in various school activities.
In high school, I discovered my passion for working with the local communities and with unprivileged kids which led me to pursue a degree in Business Management and Accounting at Stella Maris Polytechnic University and Cottington University Graduate School Respectively. Currently, I am a candidate for Master of Science Degree in Accountancy from the California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. During my time at the university, I gained valuable experience and knowledge, and I also had the opportunity to work abroad in South Korea, which broadened my perspective on the world.
After graduation, I wish to continue my career in Finance/Accounting and worked for an organization that will allow me to have a direct impact on the lives of people living in the local communities where I will be able to develop my skills and make a significant impact.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and watching soccer. I am also a member of Liberian American Veteran Association (LAVA) where I volunteer my time and resources to help others.
